Taking an inspiration from L. Frank Baum’s original 1900 novel ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’.  Join Dorothy, The Tin Woodsman, The Lion and The Scarecrow battling against the Wicked Witch of The West and her clever cat in this new take on an old tale.

As part of our ‘Over The Rainbow’  project of performances, workshops and qualifications the members of our sister Youth Theatre, Bromyard’s Conquest Senior Youth Company have worked their silver slippers off to bring you a classic tale with a twist.

Julian Lloyd-Webber

In this superb new presentation, Julian Lloyd-Webber will take the audience on an historical and musical journey in which he will give unique insight into not only his life as one of the world’s finest musicians but also as a member of arguably the most influential musical dynasty of modern times.

The backbone of the show and complimenting the chat and clips, he will be joined by his wife and fellow cellist Jiaxin Lloyd Webber and pianist Pam Chowhan to perform works such as Faure’s Elegy, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Music of the Night, Rachmaninov’s Cello Sonata as well as works by composers William Lloyd Webber, Philip Glass, Frank Bridge, and JS Bach.
